Activities, Respite Rehabilitation Care Centre
We have a small, modern computer suite consisting of 5
networked PCs, printer, scanner, etc.

As well as the usual Office software, we are equipped with a very
capable 'paint' package, and various utilities to enable access for
a wide range of differing abilities.

Skills are developed in a one-to-one learning environment,
tailored to the individual ARRCC member.

Information Technology at ARRCC:

Art and Design
Internet and email
Digital Photography
Office skills
...and of course, game playing and DVDs!

There is considerable cross-fertilisation between the use of the
computer facilities and other activities at ARRCC, particularly
with respect to arts and crafts, and creating writing (life-story
work).

The computer facilities are also used to design the ARRCC
Christmas cards, our calendar, and posters and fliers for various
events.
