ARRCC in Rye, Music Sessions

Saffron and Jamie offer music sessions for members.

Saffron's background is in performance and writing songs .She
plays guitar,keyboards and cuatro and runs singing sessions for
Arrcc elders.

Saffron creates opportunities for members to develop music and
digital images projects.

"A day in the life of ARRCC' is a digital short created by Arrcc
members directed by Saffron for Tempo Arts.

Jamie has also specialised for some time now in helping to make
creative music,working with adults with a learning disability and or
a history of mental ill health.

Tuition is available on guitar, singing and hand drumming and is
offered in small groups or one to one with the tutor. The intention
is to work creatively and to look at many aspects of writing and
performing popular music. All abilities are catered for and all we
require is an interest in music.

An individual need have no prior experiences or tuition . We
provide opportunities to perform in front of audiences and to
make recordings using computer software.
